St Andy's is a small independent property rental business offering quality student accommodation for rent in St Andrews; and where availability allows, short-term summer self-catering accommodation. Importantly we're not just another St Andrews letting agency - we own all of our rental properties, allowing us to set and maintain the high standards we consider necessary for our clients' comfort and peace of mind. We do not employ agents to manage our properties but take personal responsibility, ensuring that we deliver a high quality, personal service to all our tenants; directly engaging the most respected of local tradespeople whenever necessary.
At all times, the safety of our tenants is paramount. All the furnishings, electrical and gas equipment in our properties comply with the required statutory safety standards and are regularly inspected and maintained. We have applied for, and been granted, licences for Housing of Multiple Occupation (HMO) from Fife Council wherever appropriate.
We aim to operate as responsibly and fairly as possible - we are therefore delighted to have signed-up to, and fully embrace, the Landlord/Tenant Charter of the University of St Andrews Students' Association.
