About St Andrews
The historic City of St Andrews is recognised the world over as the Home Of Golf. The town boasts six publicly owned links golf courses including the famous Old Course which frequently hosts the Open Championship. Away from the golf course, St Andrews has an extremely rich history, inhabited since the sixth century, it played a major part in Scotland's medieval history. Today it boasts Scotland's premier university and a rich cultural and community life.
